Production Inspections

Initial Production Check (IPC)

ITS Business will conduct An Initial Production Check-an on-site Product Inspection performed before your production begins, up until 25% of production has been completed. A very thorough preliminary inspection of all machinery and materials to be used in your production is undertaken before commencement. An IPC is the first step in ensuring the quality of your product will be consistent and as expected throughout the production process. An ITS Business IPC is an early-warning system that safeguards your product against unwanted risks, faults and costs.

Production process inspection & monitoring

A Mid-Production Check is an on-site Product Inspection performed when 25-80% of your production is completed and packed for shipping. This detailed inspection of randomly selected units from all completed batches of your production allows you to know whether or not your factory is continuing to follow your original specifications, and if your production is still on schedule. A Mid-Pro keeps your production on the right track for only $XXXX

Production Completion Inspection

Keep your factory accountable from beginning to end. A Production Completion Inspection means an on-site Product Inspection performed on the final days of your production. An inspector scrutinizes your factory, enforcing your specifications, selecting units at random for inspection and identifying and eliminating defects for loading and delivery. You receive daily reports regarding quality and completion status, putting you in control of the entire process. Our production experts will be your eyes and ears on the ground giving you peace of mind.

Container Loading Check

During a Container Loading Check, your inspector will select boxes at random to confirm each carton bears the expected quantity of product ordered, the quality matches the specifications and/or approved sample provided by you, and that all packaging materials contain the correct barcodes, labeling, and packing materials. The entire container loading process is strictly supervised; ensuring all product paid for makes it on the truck.

NOTE: For all inspections, ITS Business uses stringently tested and developed in-depth sampling procedures, complete with full digital media catalog and detailed report. These comprehensive criteria cover: functionality, performance, durability, overall appearance, and dimension. Any specific requirements will be happily reviewed and met upon submission
